A large share of his career has been new construction, where transactions are handled between the builder and the buyer and never appear in MLS history. The public record understates the volume considerably, which is why the number that matters here is roughly 860 closings over about 30 years.
He works the Silicon Valley and greater Bay Area markets: San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and the surrounding communities. Sellers get pricing and preparation. Buyers get honest reads on neighborhoods, schools and what a property is really likely to trade for.
